Nothing on the Website is an offer or a binding commitment. Product capabilities depend on each site’s turbines, inverters, connectivity and regulatory requirements, and are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract.

When you submit the contact form, request a demo or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry using the details you provide.
Quotations, proposals and pricing are prepared for each project. The supply of hardware, software, communication services, installation, warranty and AMC is governed solely by the separate agreement signed between you and Rook, which takes precedence over these terms.

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and, where you have subscribed, send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run the Website we rely on trusted third-party services, including a form-delivery service that forwards your submissions to our email, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised usage data (such as clicks and scrolling) to help us improve the Website. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
